Had a poor consultation with Dr. Gould. She did not greet me or introduced herself important things to make someone confortable and acknowledged. When I was telling her about my symptoms she wasn’t acknowledging me as she kept shaking her head with an attitude so she made me feel not cared for and embarrassed as I was telling her something very personal to me. HORRIBLE EXPERIENCE!!! My ObGyn recommended me to Dr Gould after diagnosing me with uterine cancer. My OBGyn gave me a print out with the Doctor's Name, Phone Number and Address. Unfortunately, the address on the forms was the doctor's OLD ADDRESS but how was I to know? I called the office and made an appointemt for just a couple days away. True professional who, through facts coupled with her years of experience and care, helped me through my treatment for endometrial cancer.
Unsatisfactory...her office requirements are an abuse of the Medicare process...don’t expect good care from an office that appears to be reluctant to treat seniors On Medicare
I was diagnosed with a fibroid in 2017 but I was so scared of surgery that I thought I could just live with it. Unfortunately the fibroid kept growing and making mi life very hard as it started affecting a lot of body functions and it took all my energy from me. There were many, many days where I couldn't even get out of bed and I got anemic and couldn't even work, couldn't travel, couldn't even go out with the family and it was affecting all of us. Informative, direct, answered all questions I had, not hurried. She instilled me with confidence in her abilities, thinking process & everything else you might need in a Doctor. I now feel at ease & ready for my surgery. I worked for Doctors since I was 16 years old until I was disabled & couldn't drive. She is great in my opinion!
We had a verbal agreement and she did not keep her word she did it as she please do not ever trust her take her for her word
