Very caring and professional Doctor
Bad experience, Dr Zaias does not respect patient privacy, do not recommend AT ALL
Good doctor, but incompetent and rude billing department. They incorrectly submitted a claim to my insurance it was denied. I explained to them what should be corrected and asked to resubmit the claim, but they rudely refused to do it. Then my insurance contacted them and explained what should be corrected, but they refused to resubmit the claim. Instead they just sent this claim to collection. It's relatively small few hundreds dollars bill, but I'd rather pay it to collectors, than this rude billing department.
Waste of time and money. Dr. Zaias didn't want to take time to review everything attentively and treat, brought a student to spray a little nitrogen (outdated treatment, which didn't help).
The staff at the office located at Alton Rd was terrible, and I'm not exaggerating. Quite dismissively, the lady at the front desk claimed how I'm not insured despite me assuring her that I am. It turned out they got a number wrong and didn't even have enough courtesy to apologize. Anyhow they decided without my knowledge to charge me without insurance which I only realized later on. Dr. Zaias spent literally 30 sec with me and prescribed me an ointment that only aggravated my condition.
Excellent attention, Dr. Zaias is a great dermatologist that promptly resolved my skin health issues; the staff is very friendly and efficient as well
