Cold, money hungry and calculating is correct!! The WORST physician I've ever gone to. Misdiagnosed me and even asked ME for advice on adrenal treatment ( a nutritionist) - something she is supposed to specialize in. She prescribed IV therapy for most patients then charges the for extras - like an extra hour when it lasted only 1 hr and even charges for an office visit even when you never see doctor or assistant. Have gone for several years, but things are falling apart after their move. Too busy. Had to wait an hour, and we were in the early AM! Nice people, but what can you do when you in a for a thyroid test, and they or the lab leaves it off?! And you have to go back! NO ONE should make you wait 2 or 3 weeks for test results!
don't go you will feel like your care is unimportant, you will waste time in their office waiting for help, and you will pay alot of money on stuff that does not make you feel better. in some cases it makes you fee
The staff is horrible.They never return calls or keep you on hold forever.Once again the front staff is very bad
Had to wait 1-2 hours each time. No appoligies offered. Leave a message on the phone and phone calls are rarely returned, for all they cared you could be dying. Knowledgeable DO., if only she cared. I am firing her as my doctor.
Dr. Lentine is my primary. But I do not see her most of the time. I see the PA. They are nice. BUT, you can never get through on the phone, they do not follow up on tests. You have to call but you can not get through. Their solution is vitamin, hormone compounds, but never anything more. Yes, yes, She is a DO! i have bin seeing doc for close to 20 years and have bin very happy if there has ever bin a problem she want to hear about it and will work it out this is a very caring person and dr. the Vitamins and suppliments thay sale have help me when i take Vitamins i have found that i dont get sick form colds or flu so say what you want but thay work and that what counts god bless doc
Met with the PA, she gave me wrong diagnosis and wanted me to buy vitamins. Things that would interfere with medication I take. Don't go!
