Have been going here so many years and it’s time to find another doctor. Staff is rude and the manager is beyond rude. Went for my exam a few weeks ago and was rushed after waiting so long. Didn’t even get my skin checked. Three patients next to me had the same appointment time and my blood was taken in the waiting room full of patients everyone looking at me which was awful. Never even met the doctor after going there so long only the medical assistant Sheila who is nice but I’m done here.
What a horrible office! I'd never go back, so bad so that I called my insurance company to complain. Awful, rude and obnoxious staff, they seemed more interested in their cell phones than doing their jobs. The Doctor only wants to sell vitamins, and had no time to listen to my questions or concerns, and the follow up I had was with her PA. I'd never go back, and I'll never recommend her office.
Took 3 hrs for a physical. Seems unorganized . Asked a question regarding my health and was told you are not here for that today so make another appt and we can address it. I could not get an opinion in the 3 hours it took for a standard physical. I thought that during a physical you should bring your concerns to your doctor.
Beware!! I have been a patient for over ten years-never missing or being late for an appointment (and dealing with the very rude staff, I might add). I missed one appointment due to an emergency and got charged for a missed appointment fee. I called to see if i could get it waived since I have no record of this type of behavior. Shocking that the office manger and Dr. Lentine would not waive the fee. Dr Lentine herself is amazing she has helped me so much throughout years. The other doctors are good too one of them is really young but she is quite good. Was there a few weeks ago and couldn’t believe how horrible the staff is obvious management is really poor. From the nurses to the receptionists is just awful if I did not like the doctor I would leave the practice.
I found the staff and practitioners to be very helpful. Specifically Alane Nouh, a nurse practitioner who has been a wealth of knowledge for severe conditions that conventional medicine could not find answers to. This practice will not just give you medicine and send you off, they will help you get to the root cause of your health issues, and are up to date with new technologies and research. Highly recommended.
Stay away from there!! First, you will find the worst staff, they are very rude and unprofessional, then you will be lucky if you see the doctor, you mostly ended up seeing a physician assistant who rushes you out of the room and finally if you see the doctor, you will be out of the office with a long list of products who she sells overpriced in the consultory, be extremely careful with the no shows, even if is an emergency of last minute and you let them know, they will change 50 dollars. I have been a patient with this practice since 2009. I have been seeing the Saleah PA all that time. She is smart and very willing to listen and help. I have never had a bad experience with the office staff. Often if you are nice and respectful to them, they are the same way back. I have never encountered a rude individual at this office.
