When we began going to Town Pediatrics about 2 years ago, the service was better. But now, every time we go the wait is over 45 minutes (for a scheduled appointment!). If you call early in the day, you can usually get in same-day for sick visits, but it doesn't make up for the lack of customer service given by the staff! The only Doctor who even seems to care is Dr. Idris. All the others are more concerned about seeing the the next patient...can you say $$$?
