Highly recommend both Dr. Spinelli and her nurse practitioners- however, one of her administrative staff (older woman with greying hair) is rude and obnoxious.
I have been seeing Dr. Spinelli for many years and my office visits never disappoint. I have a chronic skin condition which Dr. Spinelli is exceptionally thorough in evaluating and treating, down to the smallest detail. I always come away knowing I received the best care possible with all of my concerns completely addressed. Was impressed with the overall responsiveness of the office. Dr. Spinelli was very professional answered my questions & performed my body scan quite comprehensively. Felt very comfortable with her diagnosis.
Front office staff is very very rude and nasty . Also, I’ve been a patient of Dr. Spinelli‘s for years and now she’s decided not to take Medicare patients even though she excepts Medicare how unfair is that. I guess in the end you’re not a very good doctor or caring for your patients, its about money . Better off not going here anyway because you have to deal with that front office!
Secretary is rude , angry and runs the entire office. She treats people like there beneath you, stay away!!!!
I had been long time patient of Dr. Spinelli. A few years ago I tried to get an appointment and there was a waiting period of 9 months. I decided due to my history couldn't wait found another Dr. to go to, no choice. I called recently to get back to Dr. Spinelli and was turned down. Advised they no longer taking new Medicare patients. I stated I'm not a new patient. The woman stated to me that I hadn't been there in 5 yrs. Good body check
Dr. very nice but changes mind frequently. Staff not trained or inadequate, and you suffer, pain, healing time and discomfort. Difficult to get to talk to someone. Get call 911 for true emergency and then hang up
She is an amazing doctor, however her office staff is HORRIBLE. Very rude and disrespectful to patients. Unwilling to accommodate for patients needs. A change must be made in the office staff as I noticed many of the comments refer to how awful they are. A shame for the doctor to be penalized for her horrible staff because she is a great doctor. GET NEW WORKERS.
