The wait time to see the doctor was ridiculous. My appointment was at 9:45 and I didn’t see the doctor until 11:20. She spent 2 minutes tops with me. My time is valuable as is the doctor’s and the wait time makes me want to go somewhere else.
Dr. Hermann is a breath of fresh air. Attentive to my ocular needs at every check up.
Dr. Hermann is a must visit! She tended to my immediate concerns. She was very concerned with my overall health, not only my eyes. She got me in to see an Eye surgeon for consultation on my cataracts within a week.
Best experience I ever had with an optometrist! Both she and her assistant were very thorough and really explained everything in detail!
