Dr. Hermann and her medical staff are wonderful... friendly, caring, and helpful. Definitely recommend!
I arrived early for my appointment. I was assisted by a professional and efficient Tech. That part of my visit ended at 0846. I did not see another human until 0948. DR Herman came in the exam room and did not make an excuse, apologize, or acknowledge the 1hr and 2 mins that had passed. Let's just say that I was a bit frustrated and annoyed with the lack of professionalism.
I have never had such an incredible doctors experience. My four year old had an urgent issue- they got us right in and were so patient and gentle with him. I recommend EVERYONE to this place. AND the receptionist was a lovely person inside and out and was so helpful too. Thank you!!!!!
Dr Herman and Dee provided a friendly, thorough eye examinations and gave explanations along the way. All of my questions were answered. Thank you, and thank you to the staff.
