Terrible experience. I was assigned to Dr. Yassa for a workman’s comp case. I spent 10 months of dr Yassa telling me which symptoms (all of them) weren’t her problem after I had a head injury. Constantly late. Zero bedside manner or proactive treatment. It took them 8 months to tell me the WC insurance hadn’t paid them, but immediately interrupted the subpar treatment they were giving me. Horrible experience. After being my son’s Dr for almost 8 months, she was always late for our appointments. She would never show up to our zoom meetings. The office is terrible on returning calls. But yet they expected us to pay our co-pays for her canceling on us. Stay away and find a better Dr with better service.
Very straight forward and to the point.
This is ridiculous! My appointment was at 9:30. I arrived at 8:40am and it's almost 11am. Still have not seen the doctor. This shows no consideration for others time and busy schedule. I see that she does this regularly to her clients in the reviews. This is not good business etiquette. Please consider that your clients have busy lives too and have other things to do after their appointment. That's why its a "SCHEDULED" appointment.
