Dr Abdullah is a caring, compassionate doctor. He has performed 2 procedures on my eyes and when describing them to me he was thorough and wanted to make sure that I understood exactly what he was going to do. I trust him and would highly recommend him.
I had a fantastic experience with Dr. Abdulhak. He is extremely knowledgeable and kind. He walked me through every step of the process, and my vision is much improved!
Dr. Abdulhak takes his time to explain everything in detail so you understand what to expect. Prior to my cataract procedure, he came in and discussed what was going to happen and what to expect. During the procedure he was very comforting; he was calm, kind and very gentle. I've never experienced that before; most doctors barely speak to you. Immediately after waking up, my vision in that eye was very clear with zero pain or complications!!
You are an awesome Ophthalmologist! My husband. after going to another specialist and getting no where was sent to you. My husband, after clearing up his infection and 2 cataract surgeries (one for each eye) which you were very calming to him, can see again! He complains constantly about all his doctors but I was so surprised when after visiting you stated "you know I really like that guy!" He never says that about anyone. You are so very caring and even talked to him about his health!
I never imagined that cataract surgery would be so easy to withstand. I have total confidence in Dr. Abdulhadk and his support staff.
Dr. Abdulhak is prompt, polite, and went out of his way to explain what was going on with my eyes. I have been to plenty of doctors and were short, rude and did not care to help me understand. Dr. A is a diamond in the rough! I plan on recommending Dr. Abdulhak to all my friends and family. Office staff are also friendly and amazing!
Dr. Abdulhak was the first (after 2 others) that tested me appropriately and forwarded me to a neuro-ophthalmologist. IF the first Ophthalmologist had done this, it may well have been in time to save 90% of my vision loss. My mother has been fortunate not to need much medical care in the past, so it was very stressful for her to consider surgery for cataracts. Dr. Abdulhak and his staff were instrumental in helping her feel at ease, and very compassionately managed her fears.
