Most pleased with the fact that my physician said he would refer me to a specialist, and 2 days later, I was contacted by the office of the specialist.
Physician identified the problem immediately, assured me that it was not a serious issue and advised treatment going forward.

Provider prescribed medicationswithout explaining the reason foe it or that it was being prescribed.
Provider sat in front of computer for most of visit and read old information.
