I visited with doctor Hasan for nearly 45 mins. Granted, I am a new patient. Many of my records showed up but only one sleep study - not my fault, but I got to hear it from from the CNA, the RN, and then the doctor. Doctor Hasan thumbed through the summary pages and made exclamations like “What!?”, “Na this all wrong.”, “I would never…” I got perhaps ten minutes in edgewise. It's pretty standard these days to do at-home sleep studies. I've had a CPAP for years, and I just needed a new machine. They convinced me that I should do an overnight at the TMH sleep lab. I agreed because they said I could try out different mask. They said the study was cleared with my insurance company, but after the study I get hit with a bill from TMH for the full cost ~$6500 . Compassionate and caring. Takes time to make patient feel comfortable. Follows up on what he promises, diagnoses or prescribes.
Awesome staff, awesome doc. Very attentive to my needs, schedule and medical status.
Took me over 9 months to get a re-appt as I had not seen him for over a year since my last appointment. Seems silly for a established patient to have to be re-seen as an NEW patient. AND the office staff are very, very slow. NO respect for patient's time, gas etc that it takes for us to make an appointment on time. But staff can run as late as they please. Also lousy staff help with insurance issues.
