Called for an emergency situation and he was very rude. He was onsite for another job and I explained we had a busted water pipe in our front yard and he asked how long it had been broken for and I said maybe a few days and he said in a very condescending/mocking tone, "It's been going for several days and you want me to come fix it NOW?" I shot back, "We JUST found out about it, we're not stupid, we wouldn't knowingly let a water pipe be busted for several days!" Roberto bought a damaged water heater from Lows and had Lows deliver it. Upon Robertos arrival, he tells me he got $100 off because it had dent on top. I kept asking him for the receipt, from Lows. He gave me a receipt from his company, would not give me Lows receipt, be cause he said he needs it for his taxes, and now this damaged water heater is making noises and he tells me I have to call the manufacturer to come repair it.
