Dr. Kahn is very good Dr. If I could give him more than 5 ☆, I would! Before seeing Kahn, I had fired 2-3 other neurologists. I refused to pay to be disrespected, looked down upon & "treated like a number" <--Dr. Kahn & his staff DIDN'T do this! I had seen him for 30 years. He helped me to adjust my medicine thru my pregnancies (5 of them) He was kind, considerate, listened patiently to my point of view, explained the reasons "why" for all tests, all while being professional. Do not recommend. My daughter was referred to this Dr by a local neighbor. The receptionist was very unfriendly. Dr Khan didn't really listen to my daughter. He immediately wanted to put her on medication without trying to find the cause of her issues. He rushed through the appointment. She felt that he didn't take her concerns seriously.
I called to make an appointment for my son as a new patient. I was rudely told I needed to call my insurance company to see if the office was in network and was given the offices NPI number to give to the insurance company. My son has something very scary going on and we are worried to death about him. I have never been asked to call an insurance company to see if I am in network when the office easily can look up that information. Saw this Doctor for over 15 years. Was always good till recently when appt was made went to it. Did not mean to get sick in office. Was asked to leave then told to never come back. That should never of happen.
Rude doctors and equally rude staff. I discontinued after two visits. People like him should not be in CARE GIVING business.
