Monika has helped me through so much and has been an incredibly reliable and amazing therapist to have in my life. Dr. Monika Kreinberg has helped me cope with anxiety and depression. I have been to a few counselors, and what I like best about Monika is she not only listens, but gives options of how to actionably solve problems. She has guided me through relationship challenges, infertility, and postpartum ups and downs. Her educational background is evident, and at the same time she is understanding and personable. I highly recommend Mind Wellness Center.
