My first visit to the office was very comfortable. Once I was taken into the room I began to get nervous. It was time for my xrays which in the past have really not been easy. The assistant Charlene was very gentle and explained to me each and every thing she was going to do to me and why. She also explained what was going to happen to me once the doctor came in which again made me feel very comfortable I think it was a big help knowing exactly what was going to happen. Let face it - who really likes the a dental visit - but I am very pleased with all of the services I receive at Dr. Gobran's office. My hygenist Chris does thorough and excellent work. I am still talking about my last visit with Dr. Gobran and how I was able to get a crown done in about 90 minutes - start to finish. It used to take several weeks and visits. You all do great work!
I would highly recommend Dr. Gobran and staff! They are so professional, caring and fun, yes fun! Dentists can be fun you know! :o) I never have to wait, they are always on time for my appointments and that means a lot to me, it shows me they care and understand that my time is important too. Dr. Gobran's office is amazing. The hygienists are so gentle and caring and that is greatly appreciated.
Everyone is very friendly. All the staff are competent. They have a way of mixing professionalism with a "down to earth" manner of relating. Dr. Gobran herself is top notch.
I came in for a cleaning everyone was wonderful to deal with keep up the great work
dr grobran and the entire staff and technicans are really wonderful people to deal with. they go out of thier way to make your visit with them a pleasant one.
