It took me, someone with a destructive fear of dentists, quite a while to finally find a place that was compassionate and gentle enough. I'm always at ease when I'm there and never in pain. That's saying a lot. Dr. Gobran is professional, knowledgable, and most important quick. Kris and the other hygienists have the lightest touch when it comes to a cleaning. All the employees are amazing at their job and really know their stuff. Reception is always full of cheer and smiles. I don't loath the dentist finally, thankfully.
Had my teeth cleaned today, then went right into a filling - an efficient use of time. While in the past I've dreaded the topical anaesthetic as much or more than the drilling, today I didn't even feel it - Dr. Gobran has a very gentle hand. It was all quite painless. And then the office staff gave me a breakdown on the anticipated costs for the next work I needed done and helped me schedule affordably. Very much appreciated. This was my first visit to Dr. Gobran's practice. When I came in there was a sign on the desk welcoming me by name. I loved that touch. The receptionists were very friendly and introduced themselves which is rare. As a doctor myself, I was very impressed with their friendliness. The first exam was different than any other I'd had before. The hygienist took individual pictures of each tooth as well as x-rays.
