Preeti Mathur, MD After less than 1 minute on zoom she was eye rolling and making rude faces at me because I was shutting down my work area & leaving my office & it was dark for 8 seconds on screen. I let her know I was heading to a well-lit room & I cannot express more how long I waited for this opportunity(which I requested to leave work early 2 hours for). It took a lot out of me to get the courage to reach out & seek guidance. To be treated like I'm an inconvenient irritant by a psychiatrist is a contradiction. I read th... read more

She arrived 45 minutes late to appointment , and told me to use two words only to answer questions . I felt unheard and rushed out . The appointment scheduling is also the worst , l had to call 6 times just to schedule .

Would be zero stars if available. My daughter had an appointment via telehealth. She made the situation worse and had zero "bedside manner". Told a 19-year-old college student dealing with some depression within 20 minutes that she couldn't help her and that she should look into checking herself into inpatient care.

did not take my concerns with medication or treatment seriously, the office did not communicate with her so she did not even look at the labs she ordered, did not get into contact with my therapist after many attempts on my therapist's side, constantly late to appointments, I could not get into contact with her outside of appointments even in emergencies

Dr Singh is terrible. I went there for Medication Management for ADHD. She went out of her way to give me a hard time. Stay away from Dr Singh!

I was seeing her for a couple years, and always felt kinda weird after our appointments. They were short - 2 minutes max, and she never really listened. She started me on a new medication, and after a couple weeks I started feeling suicidal. I knew the ONLY thing that had changed was that medication, and so I called and made a appointment. The earliest they had was a few weeks out, so I scheduled it, but after a few days I got super nervous for my mental health, so I stopped taking the new medication. When I finally had the ... read more

Unremarkable. He is difficult to talk with, not making eye contact and only responding to what seems important to him rather than to the patient. I've seen psychiatrists in the past who addressed my problems, not just what "seemed" important; Dr. Winston focuses on strictly medical issues, which makes me wonder why he didn't become a G.P. instead of a psychiatrist.

Despite knowing I do not currently have a functioning vehicle, Dr Puri is insisting I take an Uber or cab so I can physically pick up my Rxs, when other doctors simply phone them in. Puri said she didn't WANT to phone mine in because it would just take too much time. It's bad enough that she's slow, always late, talks over an echoing speakerphone, and addresses vitamins more than anti-depressants, but to put someone already in stress through the trouble of having to order and pay for a cab because she's just lazy is criminal... read more

She is the WORST psychiatrist I have ever had. Does not listen to your issues, disregards requests and is quite honestly the rudest woman. Would not recommend her to anyone. Finding a new psychiatrist ASAP.
