I've been going to Dr. Ahmad for about 5 years, and in that time the front office staff has been completely replaced at least 5 times. One time the Pharmacy said they needed to contact the doctor, and they tried many times with no luck and gave up. Other times I've called the office, been put on hold for a while, then they hang up on me. Some times the staff is great, other times they are terrible, you just never know what your going to get.
