My oldest daughter asked Dr. Ahmad if he cared about her and actually wanted to help her and he told her 'no'. This greatly affected her self-confidence and hope in humanity!Also, when my oldest daughter was submitted to a mental health facility, he 'guessed' she was at a higher dosage then she was and raised it. She was actually and presently on a very low dosage and immediately suffered mood swings, deep depression, and mania. He should have taken the time to review her record!
Front office at the Roswell location is the literal definition of UNPROFESSIONAL! With regard to Angela. When called to schedule was rushed off phone, complained about being under staffed, and rude. Upon check in, told me that I did not have a deductible and would not receive a future bill. Now am staring at a $200 bill when only needed a Rx refill. I call her to ask why. Before asking my name or any info, her response was, "did you pee?" Had to follow up a week later and told she forgot.
We see Dr. Ahmad for our 14 year old daughter. He diagnosed her with OCD and anxiety. He wasn't quick to put her on a lot of medication but slowly recommended what might help. It has helped and from our past experience and research he has been spot on. He has addressed our concerns patiently. He listens and is not condescending. Our daughter really likes him and it's easy to talk as parents and child with him.
