Dr mittle front desk lady was great along with his nurses and I really like him but when I called back to get a answer I got the Germantown office I was hung up on 4 times before I finally got a answer I thought that was very rude and uncalled for
Long wait...Ineffective scheduling if I'm waiting over an hour after scheduled appointment to be seen
