Dr. Pintauro has been my Urologist for the las 4 years I have been happy seeing him . His staff particularly the receptionist is the reason I am planing to see a different Dr. She has no education and much less class . This lady treat patience like if we were garbage all I can say is : One day she will be in the other side and I just wish she gets the level of service she provides to us patients . Dr Pintauro is a professional Dr but that woman should be dealing in a different eviroment perhaps the one she is use to.

Dr. Paul Tocci is incredible. I chose him by chance, as my former urologist was great but his back office was not to be believed. Back to Dr. Tocci. For me he is basically doing quarterly follow-ups after a robotic prostatectomy the other urologist did, to make sure that my post-op PSA stays close to zero. I even had scar tissue from having been catheterized after the surgery, and Dr. Tocci surgically took care of the scar tissue. I went from a swollen prostate years ago to an excellent urine flow! Dr. Crook and his staff made what was a difficult time much more palatable to cope with. I look forward to seeing the techs daily; they were very caring. The front desk staff took over the issues I was having with my insurance company and made arrangements with other doctors and diagnostic facilities I needed to see. I cannot say enough good things about about Dr. Crook and staff. Thank you!

I have seen Dr weinstein a few times. Each time we meet, I feel more educated and empowered to monitor my health. Our dialogue is professional but feels more like talking with a close friend. He pulls no punches but is sensitive to the individual. Great service Dr Weinstein. Thanks.

I accompanied my 83yr old father to his appointment and I have a sister who lives out of state, she is experienced in the medical field and wanted to listen in on the phone during my fathers visit as she may have questions(or know the right questions to ask, shall I say) and My Father had went into detail (I received minor details) with what he was experiencing as to why he needed to see a urologist. Staff is the worst I've ever seen. Dr. Wiita from the brief time I spent with him seemed fine and is knowledgeable. His staff is a disorganized train wreck. Had lab results sent three times in 7 weeks. To this day, they couldn't locate them despite confirming receipt them the day they were sent. Lack of communication. Lack of follow up. Lack of organization. Have to find another urologist.
