The doctor is great, his staff is horrible, I needed a prescription refilled and tried for 5 weeks to get the nurse practioner to refill it, my calls were never returned I never heard from them and I could not get my prescription refilled, this was 6 weeks of trying, if I had the power the whole lot of them would be fired and looking for work and get someone in there who cares about people and their job.
I've been a patient of Dr Bilik for several years. He is one of the best doctors, regardless of specialty, that I've ever had. He is genuinely caring, highly professional and knowledgeable in his area of expertise. I completely trust him.
After driving 2 hours for an appointment, we were told the test results were not back....so it was a waisted trip. Then we were told he would call when the results were in. He did not call. A full week has gone by since a scheduled telehealth call was scheduled and we are still waiting. Absoutely neglects his duty to his patients. Extremely disappointed in him and in his staff for refusing to call even after they say they will.
If you need urologist don’t look any further - Dr. Hal Bashein is your man.I was diagnosed with prostate cancer in2022 and thank to Dr. Bashein for saving my life and happy to say I’m cancer free today! Dr. Bashein suggested proper procedures and treatments for my illness He is most knowledgeable, kind and professional. I would highly recommend his services to everyone!!!
His entire office staff is so friendly. Met him during an emergency hospital stay and again for a procedure, I was very impressed with his knowledge and demeanor. Now, I've had an office visit and have confirmed - he's one remarkable doctor. Very concerned, caring and patient. Explained everything and waited for questions. Highly recommend him.

I had my first appointment this past Monday and had surgery yesterday. Dr Melser and his staff are wonderful. Dr Melser listed to everything I had been dealing with for the last two months , he explained and went over everything that he was going to do to get me better, he also has a wonderful bedside manner. I recommend him to anyone needing a good urologist.
Dr was very professional and seemed quite knowledgeable. Was able to explain procedures and tests he was sending me for.
