Horrible Dr. The worst I've ever encountered. Do not waste time with Pintauro. He will not do anything to help unless you have lots of dough.

Dr. Jones is THAT Doc, you know, the one who takes care of business, but answers all your mother's questions with wit and compassion. He knows how to redirect and keep everyone focused, there were three of us, even though we were all still reeling from the diagnosis. He came with visuals, made notes and diagrammed for my beloved mother. He even made a quick call to finalize treatment with another doctor on a Friday afternoon so we would be a 'go' on Monday. I am completely satisfied with Dr. Bilik. He answers my questions and offers advice and let me confirm with my daughters on anything that he thinks I need to have done. he is very soft-spoken but once you get to know him, you feel at Haunting

Arrogant and rude. Most unprofessional experience I’ve ever had with a Dr. I don’t question his knowledge or expertise but rather the bedside manner. Avoid and seek one more humane and a competent and far more humane professional. He may be the best urologist in the world but everyone has to hang it up at some point.

Excellent physician. Very respectful, knowledgeable, thorough. Explained every procedure and process. Welcomed questions. The staff was also professional and helpful. I would highly recommend this practice.

...until I started seeing Dr. Singer. In one visit, I walked in, filled out the patient form, and sat with my significant other in a corner of the waiting room. After all the other patients were called, I received a call on my cellphone from Dr. Singer's office, asking if I was going to make my appointment. I was literally in his waiting room when they called!! But they were too lazy to look around to notice me and so assumed the room was empty. I had a terrible experience at this place. I scheduled two appointments with Dr. Pintauro, both of which were confirmed by their staff. However, both appointments were subsequently canceled. The staff was incredibly rude, telling me that Dr. Pintauro wasn't available, even though he was in the office. They then told me the next availability was in two months, as if they didn't care. I have been seeing this urologist for many years. At my last tele-health appointment with him, he started yelling at me when I asked him questions pertaining to my prostate. He tried to scare me by telling me that I may have bladder cancer. He had forgotten that he had ordered a cancer screening test a month before and the result was negative for cancer. I have since found a new urologist.

Dr Black performed a double mastectomy on me. He may be a competent surgeon, at six weeks I still have too much inflammation to tell. If you are extremely independent, need no instruction, and don’t care about office space for visits he could be your man. Otherwise run away as fast as you can.
