Dr. Fine is a very caring, compassionate and kind physician. His staff is also very nice. If you are looking for a wonderful urologist do not hesitate to make an appointment with him.
Genesis Care, Dr. Sharma and his wonderful staff provided superior care and support to my husband and myself during the process of daily radiation treatments. Both he and his staff were knowledgeable, reassuring and very patient with us during our journey. I would not hesitate for one minute to recommend this wonderful, caring group for medical specialists.
Extremely happy with the care from the whole team. Dr. Crook is empathetic and caring, I felt very comfortable with my treatment

I never have had a complaint about Dr Pintauro or his staff. The nurse is wonderful and previous receptionist have been pleasant and helpful. His present one will not answer any calls. She uses voicemail which states she is away from the phone, which is nonsense since she is never away from her desk. No reason to. She does nothing else. So you leave a message and then wait and wait. My new Drs office sent a release for my medical records. Nothing. In conclusion, I don’t think she is making Dr Pintauro’s practice any favors.
I met with Dr. Wise following an occurrence of kidney stones. He ordered two tests -- an x-ray and a urine stonerisk profile. When I met with him a week after the tests were done, he said the x-ray was inconclusive (not sure why he didn't order a ct-scan). He also said he didn't have the results of the urine profile. He said he would contact me with those results once his office got them. Over the subsequent weeks, I called and left messages with his office three separate times; no calls were returned. I have had radiation in years past at a large medical facility, but the care with Dr. Amos and his staff was better in many ways. He is attentive and is up-to-date on current treatments for the cancer I have. He is personable, knowledgeable and he and his staff extend the same courtesy and respect to your support person. And as for his staff: everyone involved in my care, from the receptionist to all the techs, were excellent! Dr. Pintauro has been my Urologist for the las 4 years I have been happy seeing him . His staff particularly the receptionist is the reason I am planing to see a different Dr. She has no education and much less class . This lady treat patience like if we were garbage all I can say is : One day she will be in the other side and I just wish she gets the level of service she provides to us patients . Dr Pintauro is a professional Dr but that woman should be dealing in a different eviroment perhaps the one she is use to.
Dr. Paul Tocci is incredible. I chose him by chance, as my former urologist was great but his back office was not to be believed. Back to Dr. Tocci. For me he is basically doing quarterly follow-ups after a robotic prostatectomy the other urologist did, to make sure that my post-op PSA stays close to zero. I even had scar tissue from having been catheterized after the surgery, and Dr. Tocci surgically took care of the scar tissue. I went from a swollen prostate years ago to an excellent urine flow!
