This review is on behalf of my dad, he is currently getting his treatments with Dr Felix Rodriguez. This review is mainly about his billing assistant Jennifer who is doing a great job, very thorough in explaining billing/coverage and going over and beyond in assisting my dad in getting his treatments, which in turn lessens the burden of the whole process. I have never come across such great efforts from a doctor’s office.

My Dad was referred here due to having to use the restroom every 1.5 hrs.. The schedulers at the Bradenton office (esp. Melba and Alex, Sup.) are the absolute worst. His TURP surgery was rescheduled 3x over a month & a 1/2 period (which he SUFFERED through)... The 3rd time, it was cancelled by the doctor (who blamed the hospital for cancelling) at 7:30pm the night before. The hospital said THEY didn't cancel?!. I have never been to a doctor's office that has such a great staff. On my first visit I met Scott, who made me feel very calm which I didn't think was possible. Once I met Dr. Crook I knew I was in good hands. From his demeanor to the way he took his time answering my questions, I felt very comfortable and hopeful. Josh, Piper, Kye, Lisa and McKenzie made my daily treatments very easy and quick. Dr Pintauro has been my urologist for about 10 years. He has helped me understand the various issues of prostate health, including testing, drugs, alternative approaches, etc. When I meet with him as a follow up to a test or procedure he explains carefully and clearly and reviews all the information he has collected though the years of his treating and monitoring me. I am forever grateful!! Dr. Fine saved my life. I met Dr. Fine in the ER, I was very sepsis from a bad kidney infection and required emergency surgery, Dr. Fine did not hesitate, called the OR took me to surgery and put a ureteral stent for a big kidney stone, I immediately got better. First visit went well enough, he was comforting, said the condition wasn't that bad. It got worse and I feared surgery, so I went back a 2nd time. It was a 45-minute drive from home. When I got there the staff said he had to leave for an emergency. I said I'd wait they remarked 'he's not returning' I was angry at not being called to inform me he was gone. As I'm leaving, I see him coming towards me in the hallway carrying his lunch!!!!!

Dr. Crook is very professional and knowledgeable and explains things in a way that is easy to understand. His entire staff is also professional and knowledgeable and friendly, which helps when going through a difficult “event” in your life.
