Very nice doctor and staff. Almost a year ago I had 4 laser sessions for painful nail fungus, which cost $800. I precisely followed all at-home instructions; no change in fungus (only 1 toe, on 1/5 of nail). Apparently laser has 70% success and I was unlucky, but to see the dr. for a follow up costs $200 more. For the amount paid for laser treatments, a 5 min. follow-up appt. (involving no treatment) to discuss further options should absolutely be included. Feels like price gauging otherwise.
This was my first visit to see Dr. Waskin. He was very friendly, attentive, and took his time with me, explaining everything. His staff was very professional and friendly as well. I would recommend Dr. Waskin to anyone needing a great Podiatrist.

I was able to get an appointment with Dr. Waskin in a very timely manner. He took time to explain my diagnosis and his recommendation for treatment. He made sure I understood and that all my questions were answered. He explained exactly what was being done during surgery and made me feel very at ease. He was compassionate and reassured me that he was available if I had any questions after my appointment. He has a very calming and reassuring approach. I have the utmost confidence in Dr. Waskin.

Dr. Waskin did a wonderful job with my bunion surgery. He was very attentive and explained all my options. I decided on the surgical route and although recovery took some time it was well within what he had indicated. What I was surprised to find out was that it was literally painless. He deserves additional stars for excellent pain management! I would definitely recommend him to others.

Dr. Waskins and his front office staff are superb! Jessica is always professional and friendly. I just went for my post-op appointment and had another great office visit. To keep swelling down and provide effective pain management, Dr Waskins recommended the ice pump machine combined with the medicine ball and that did the trick for me! I had my surgery on Dec 27th and by New Year's eve, I was off all pain meds! I highly recommend Dr. Waskins. This was my 2nd successful bunionectomy!

Dr. Waskin did a foot care overview for a Senior Wellness Day for the Senior Center of Richmond Center at a church on Brook Rd. It was very helpful, informative and education. His presentation gave me motivation to continue to see a foot doctor for what I thought was a minor problem. And now that doctor and I are addressing a minor problem before it got out of control. He performed bunion removal and surgery on three hammer toes on my left foot. He would never show me my x-rays and was very flippant toward my condition. He said if I was a young woman, he would have made my foot look "pretty". The recovery was horrific. Then bunion returned, my big toe is way shorter and has a screw in it that I constantly can feel, and the hammer toes and big toe are all pointing left and curling over one another. My foot is in constant pain a year and a half after this.
