His medical knowledge and expertise is top grade! I know I can count on him to make sure any needed treatment will be implemented. Dr. Silver is caring and concerned about his patients. He made me feel that I was his only patient and all his attention was on my needs. His staff also shows compassion and empathy when needed and I know I can always count on them anytime!
Let me start by saying that I am not a good patient, I’m demanding, anxious and graduated from internet diagnostic with honors. I came to FL on vacation, ended up in the ER, and needed to see a cardiologist ASAP. Have you tried to get an appointment down here, especially when the ER doc says, ‘this can’t wait.’? Good luck. Dr Silver is an amazing cardiologist that cares for his patients as if they were his family members. In 2012 my father stopped seeing his cardiologist and started going to Dr Silver. He had obvious symptoms pointing to the heart that his other doctor missed. Dr Silver spotted it immediately and ran the appropriate tests that found heart blockages that could've killed him if not treated. He had a successful triple bypass at 77 years old. Thanks to Dr Silver, I had my father for 6 more years.
Dr. Silver and his staff were exemplary. I was given a prompt appointment, and Dr. Silver spent a great deal of time discussing my cardiac situation, he performed a thorough exam, and educated me and my wife regarding heart disease and risk factors. He order some tests with full explanation as to their indications, and did not stare a computer screen the entire time. This was my first visit with Dr. Silver and am confident that he is an experienced and ethical cardiologist.
Dr. Silver is a brilliant cardiologist. He cares deeply about his patients. I needed his care unexpectedly, and he expedited the diagnostic process. He was with me every step of the way. He is comforting and reassuring, practical and knowledgeable beyond words. Dr. Silver took care of my parents and other family members for years. Each and everyone of them could not say enough positive things about Dr. Silver. He is always available and responsive. An amazing and thorough diagnostician!

Dr. Silver, and his partner, Dr. Michael Anesta, were ABSOLUTELY FABULOUS in treating my friend's recent heart issue on an expedited basis. Drs. Silver and Anesta, and the entire Intracoastal Cardiology Center staff, were kind, patient, funny and HIGHLY PROFESSIONAL!!! My friend's issue was quickly diagnosed and resolved. Dr. Silver has treated my mother for 20 years. He is an excellent diagnostician & I trust his judgment completely. He saved my mother more than once with his expertise & dedication and did so while showing extraordinary kindness and compassion to both my mother and me. I have never had a problem in scheduling an appointment if my mother is not feeling well. His staff is friendly, courteous & efficient. He takes ample time to explain conditions & treatments and answer questions as needed.
