As a CDA myself I wouldn’t send anyone I know here. Maybe others have had a better experience than me but my appointment started off ok. The front desk staff were great. The wait felt long, which was fine but for the Dental assistant to be more thorough than the dentist, I was disgusted. The assistant asked questions and took my X-rays. When the actual dentist came in she basically rushed my appointment and barely did any type of exam. Okay, I’ve been a patient with Dr G for years. I had a cleaning appointment scheduled with her only to be called the day before my appointment to tell me she wasn’t available and that she no longer works with Family Dental. I’m so mad. WHERE’S Dr G ? I want my teeth cleaned lol…..I miss her & she was awesome. Let’s find Dr G and find out what other Dental facility she is now working with. The lady doing the X-rays was RUDE ! Just because you done this routine 50 times a day , it’s not ok for you to be short with me . And Dr Mirabela is not that nice either , I told her I had pain on my tooth , she took the cleaning tool and went directly there !!! I left in pain !
