I've had Dr. Fan be my anesthesiologist twice now, both times he has been unable to successfully place an epidural after multiple attempts. I have had epidurals successfully placed for my other two births. Dr. Fan would instead blame me for it not working, claiming they didn't fail, and I just didn't understand my own pain.
Dr Fan Ming saved my life when I deliver baby. He is highly skilled at epidural injection！
Dr Fan is a very kind and experienced medical professional. He saved me for my ER C-Section years ago and I can still remember his reassuring words. He is real treasure for patients.
