I’ve been a patient of this practice for over 3 years now and have not had one pleasant experience with the staff. As a group, they are the rudest and most unprofessional staff. Find another practice

I got a personal call from Dr. Fam after being in the hospital. He told me to call the office and make and appointment with him. He said if the front office does not make me an appointment with him to leave him a message and he will make sure I get one. I proceed to call the office the next day to get an appointment and was told that I could not see Dr Fam because he does not do new patients. I spoke to the receptionist and told her that I spoke to Dr. Fam. She told me I could not speak with Dr, Fam. That office is terrible!... read more

A doctor is only as good as the staff that work under him. I was treated poorly by the ladies at the front desk including the office manager. And anyone who knows me, knows I am nice to everyone. It was my last straw and why, I canceled all my upcoming appointments and I intend on taking my business and my ongoing care somewhere else.
