The receptionists seem to be a little spacey. She looked right at me and didn't even acknowledge me. She was just walking around the receptions area. She finally nonchalantly walked over and then ask me if she could help me. She was extremly slow. Everybody else were wonderful. The Dr was great. I will come back. Thank You
Thankful for a very quick apt for a troubling eye situation. Dr Brown checked out my eye to confirm my new case of shingles has not affected my eyesight. Very scarey situation handled and verified quickly. Very satisfied with the quick response!!!
I have had a great experience with them until today. I went in for my appt and they sent me home because they were waiting for a call back from my insurance for verification and stated they had a 15min late policy. I was not late but they said because they were waiting on a call back to verify my insurance that I was late. I showed my phone records that I had called yesterday with a 2 min call time and told them I left a voicemail. They quickly denied having received any voicemail without even checking. Little liars
Dr. Brown was great with both of my kids, which makes this review especially disappointing to write. Unfortunately I've had the same issue happen twice in one year. Earlier this year, my child's glasses were significantly delayed because I was told the prescription had not been received by the factory. Recently, the exact same thing happened with my other child's glasses. After waiting three weeks without any updates, I contacted the offce and was again told that the prescription had somehow not been received by the factory.... read more
