I went to pelle twice where I spent 2k on a laser treatment. She was rude and unprofessional. She only cares about her time . The first time I saw her it seemed professional, the second time she did not numb me properly or ask how I was doing ( co2 laser) no additional numbing or consultation but over the phone! Not even visual. I was in so much pain !! Pelles commit ,I’ve done it. A horrible experience. She makes you pay fully before any procedure so you can’t change your mind.
The best dermatologist in all of San Diego..maybe California and the world! Efficient, effective and eminently great at her craft.
I have been a patient in this practice for over 4 years. I am always impressed by Dr Pelle's medical knowledge and her attention to detail as well as by the office's their punctuality and efficiency
