I have never been to this office before so added 10mins to the travel time on the GPS. Ended up sitting in stand still traffic at the exit the office is right next to. So was literally 2 mins from the office for almost half an hour and unable to go anywhere. Called at my appt time to let them know the situation and was told there was a 15min grace period. RecommendedToday was my first visit to Eyecare and I must tell you my experience. First of all, the staff members are awesome and very professional. When I made my appointment I was all over the place trying to give the receiptionist my information. She was very patient and let me make two calls to my husband to get certain information that was required so I could scheduled my appointment. I got my appointment in the same week. Dr.Spittler and her team were kind when I needed it most. When my normal optometrist office was closed on Saturday she took care of me & made sure I was ok. Her team was nice & pleasant as well.
I would highly recommend Dr. Michelle L. Spittler to anyone who would like to experience a highly professional and wonderful eye care doctor of optometry that has a wonderful and cheerful professional staff dedicated to rendering their customers the best eye care services available. My family and I have been patients of Dr. Spittler since 2006 when we moved to Columbia. She has proven to be knowledgeable, patient and thorough regarding her exams and follow-up. Dr. Spittler also disscovered my daughter's detached retina and quickly referred her to another MD for eye surgery. Her office staff is very professional and always willing to answer any questions.
