Long story short.. she ignored urgent calls from the patient’s parents and therapist which resulted in a trip to a psych ER. The ER could not help us because my daughter had a psychiatric of record…who was Palumbo the doctor who told us to go to the ER. Palumbo’ nurse told us “ we are not an emergency room” and to go to the ERthis from Palumbo who was my daughter’s doctor for over 10 years.
