If I could give negative stars I would! This was my grandfathers doctor and she was absolutely neglectful. He went in with complaints of pain and numbness in his legs and they took X-rays but never bothered to share the results with him even after we asked repeatedly for them. He ended up going to the emergency room and needed spinal surgery for a tumor caused by cancer that had spread from his lung that we had no idea about. Dr. Falcon is a doctor I trust with my life. She is caring, trustworthy, intuitive and goes the extra mile .
I wish I would have pushed my mom to find another doctor
After my old Dr left, I went to see Dr Falcon At first she was ok, then after that she was mostly interested in asking if I fell and pushing vaccines, which I make it clear, I didn't want. When I said no to vaccinatons she seemed irrated. She didn't address my other medical issues After that every time I call in for an appointment I was told she was booked, and had to wait 6 months for an appoinment. I felt she black listed me.
