I wish I would have pushed my mom to find another doctor
After my old Dr left, I went to see Dr Falcon At first she was ok, then after that she was mostly interested in asking if I fell and pushing vaccines, which I make it clear, I didn't want. When I said no to vaccinatons she seemed irrated. She didn't address my other medical issues After that every time I call in for an appointment I was told she was booked, and had to wait 6 months for an appoinment. I felt she black listed me. Dr. Falcone is a wonderful Clinician that actually listens to her patients, which in my extensive involvement with our countries healthcare system I recognize that a doctor who listens is very rare.
Dr. Falcon has been my doctor for almost 30 years. She is the “best”. She listens, and never rushes you out during your appt. She spends as much time as you need and cares very much about your health... she is everything you want in a doctor. Yes, her Carson St office wasn’t very helpful, but now she has moved to Torrance and I have never had a problem at all with her staff or scheduling an appt.
I am a patient in the Torrance office. Love Dr. Falcon but her office is impossible to deal with. I waited 4 months to get a referral for back injury. I needed surgery right away. I waited fro Nov. 10 to finally get a specialist. Now I will wait up to 2 months for surgery. I found no one who could follow through with my needs. Optus health is the worse. They have no staff that is responsible.
