Dr. Cohen is a very thorough, caring professional. She is a good listener and patiently allows you time to voice any medical concerns.
Staff wasn't friendly Difficult to schedule appointment Didn't listen or answer questions Appointment was rushed Didn't trust the provider's decisions Didn't explain conditions well Long wait times I didn't feel respected
She used to be a great diagnostic physician many years ago. Now she gives you a quick answer and you’re dismissed. Staff is not accommodating at all. Not a pleasant office vibe.

Run do not walk from this Dr and staff. Totally unresponsive Dr and rude staff. Dr cohen is uncaring. She never looks directly at you. I had no connection with her so I asked to change Dr which caused to to be expelled from the practice. Horrible Dr
After a totally wrong diagnosis, Dr M Cohen refused to talk to me even though I had been a patient for 15 years. She diagnosed my kidney stone as a pinched nerve. Eventually I was rushed to the emergency room for acute kidney failure.
Five plus years in this practice-Dr Cohen and the entire clinical staff are consummate professionals. The front office does not accurately reflect the same but is more like a social gathering that does work on the side.
Office Staff extremely unfriendly!!! Same goes for Dr. Cohen, pays little or no attention to your health issues - extremely rude and uncaring. If you are considering her as your primary doctor - RUN, don't walk - choose wisely, I didn't
