I was referred for an MRI on my back because of discomfort on my left side and lower and mid back that make my periods on my "on" cycles shorter than they otherwise would be. I have also complained about dystonia in my left foot (and now also in my right foot) for more than five years when the Levodopa wears off. I have come to accept that the pain will continue and not be targeted by DBS although that does not make my feet any less painful.
