Very professional but also very kind & caring!
Dr. Maouad is very personable and has great bedside manners. She spent a lot of time discussing my concerns. However, I run into problems almost every time I need a prescription filled. Her staff do not call back in a timely manner. They don't even acknowledge that I've called, even after 5 business days. I often get the voicemail message and I just feel like I'm not a priority. They do not adhere to their own instructions that they leave on the message. Looking for a new dermatologist.
Wonderful Doctor, very thorough,very caring ,would never go to another dermatologist !Wish all doctors had her bedside manner!
Dr. Maouad saved my life. I have a very rare skin cancer. It is mostly found in children. Dr. Maouad did everything she could do when my biopsy came back with a probable cancer result. Even after the oncologist said he didnt think it was cancer, Dr. Maouad wanted to make sure. She sent me to Pittsburgh. It was confirmed. I had this rare form of cancer. I am undergoing treatment and doing well thanks to Dr. Maouad and staff.
