I cant say enough about Dr. Wanlass and his amazing staff. Yaundee is always welcoming and will greet you with a big smile. The Dental Assistants and Hygienist take great care to make sure you are comfortable and taken care of. Dental billing has always been a challenge with two insurance plans and out of pocket. Melanie is a pleasure to deal with and helped so much with all my complicated billing issues. She organized and transformed all of the transactions and made it easy for even me to understand. I recently had a “Horrible and painful experience with a Bad Dentist in Henderson” She took Months of adjustments to try to get my dentures to fit, to the tune of”$4000, and couldn’t make them fit, so I cancelled and lost my money. Now here’s the Good News, I went to Michael Wanlas DDS , on Rainbow Blvd. Wow! what an amazing Dentist. I've been with this office for about 5yrs and never had any complaints until now... The customer service is not 100%. I was in office for an appt last week and they failed to mention my surgery(that had been scheduled for months) had been cancelled. I call almost a week later for other info and they say oh we forgot to tell you we had to cancel like its no big deal.
