Only takes checks which is absurd
They don't take debit or credit cards for payment. I think it's very deceitful that you only want a complete copy of every bit of my bank information or cash. I haven't written a check in yrs and will make sure his services are never used again!!
I don't know why I received a bill from this doctor, but I imagine it's because one of my other providers used his services. They sent me a bill for $10.53 in January, along with a phone number to call for payments. I called the number and got a recording that told me to leave a message, and they said they would return my call. They said not to leave multiple messages, as that would slow their response.
