I too would not recommend this CLINIC due to YEARS OF NEGATIVE EXPERIENCES much the same as brokenpart’s. The whole process was a nightmare & everyone in the wait room complained feeling like a “head of cattle”. Understand the need for rules but they went from strict to Nazi –like. No quarter given for fibro pts with severe memory problems & fibro-fog. LOTS could be done to treat us better. I created this account just so I could write this review. I was diagnosed with several back conditions ranging from spinal cord impingement to degenerative disk disease. I sought care for pain from Dr Dole as referral from my primary care dr. His office staff is consistently rude, his waiting room is jammed with suffering patients (with horrible chairs) waiting 2-3 hrs, the rooms and bathrooms are filthy, contacting the Dr for issues between appointments is impossible. Starts out compassionate and caring, but have surgery and he'll mess with your fears, meds, and leave you hanging in the wind in pain.
He is a thief and lie. He charged me all kind of cash and after he got all my money lied to let me go. Told me he was God. Does not vare about our pain. I can't believe hes. Still practicing Do not use this
I honestly cannot give this jack���� a single star. I intend to have them investigated. Please stay away there should be a skull and cross bones on.
I have multiple back disorders with sever pain preventing me from sleep and work. Well he decided to take me off all meds and detox then come back. Well I did, and the whole month was ridiculous in pain, but I show up for the appt to talk to him. He put me on the lowest pain med he has and nothing for sleep! Not at all attentive to needs!! Act as if they had a problem doing their daily job!
If I could give a lower than 1 star I would..Dr. Dole is a nice person but has not did much to control my pain even after me notifying him. The staff is unfriendly and he ordered an MRI which I was just handed and stack of papers with no instructions and told I have to find an MRI clinic on my own and bring that paper into to them to make an appointment and they had no info on any clinics. Also I am required to pay co-pay for each and every visit even though I have never had to do that with the insurances I have and I have n... read more
Any dr that tries to force more pain meds than one needs should find another profession. He is very strict which is Awesome considering how many people abuse pain meds. Problem is being forced to take more than needed just because he prescribes them. He does not have good patient manners and is not able to correctly diagnose
