Just wanted to warn others. Last spring, Dr. Davey dropped our dental provider (he has every right to do this); however, he told us our provider "changed their billing practices" and had to pay upfront and they would reimburse us directly. I asked it anything changed or if we would be fully reimbursed and they told me I would. However, because he was no longer part of our insurance plan, our out of pocket expensive was over $450 dollars. RecommendedDr. Davey has been my dentist for several years. He does fantastic work. Twice he has saved me when I broke a front tooth. The artificial teeth surfaces are indistinguishable from natural teeth. The staff are very friendly and do a great job.
Dr. Davey and his assistant, Nikki improved my husbands smile by 100%. They replaced bonding with veneers that not only look perfect, but also will help him achieve better oral hygiene. Dr. Davey is detailed, meticulous & precise. Nikki is efficient, friendly & systematic. My husband and I could not be happier with the results of their hard work!
I am a fellow dentist in Plattsburgh. I refer patients with complicated situations to Dr. Davey, and have been impressed with the results. The feedback from the patients has been all good. He is an excellent dentist.
Totally unprofessional. Will verbally attack you if it is something he does not like or agree with. Does not value his patients time he will be having personal conversations outside the rooms while patients are sitting there waiting (10-15 minutes long on numerous occasions) will start your procedure and then leave during it to go and start working on another patient then come back to you... will not admit to being wrong.

I had Dr. Davey make a partial for me and I could not be happier with the finished product. It fits perfectly and I can eat anything with no problems. I highly recommend Dr. Davey if you rare considering getting a partial. I love mine.
