i have had this procedure twice and i can truly say, i was given great service and information.
From the moment I met Dr. Sue during my volunteer hours at Sentara Albemarle Medical Center, I was impressed with how he interacted with everyone. I recently retired from Norfolk, VA and did not want to go all the way back up there for my regular colonoscopy so with my own impressions and the great recommendations from a good friend, I decided that Dr. Sue was the best person for this procedure. i was not mistaken at all. I am completely satisfied with Dr. Sue and his staff.
Relaxing environment because of soft music playing. The staff are so professional and friendly.
Great bedside manner, answered questions, explained well and great staff. I would recommend Dr Sue to family and friends.

Dr. Sue takes his time with patients and has a way of putting his patients at ease. I just had a colonoscopy recently and he explained the procedure and was very reassuring. The procedure did not take long in his facility and went flawlessly. His facility is spotless and his staff very professional. I would definitely recommend Dr Sue.
My experience today with Dr. Sue was a very positive one. Everyone was very polite, from the moment I entered the facility. Dr. Sue before discharging me explained everything, and left plenty of time for me to share all concerns or questions. I would recommend him to any and everyone.
The first thing he said to me was a very rude comment about my appearance, and continued to make passive aggressive comments about it. He ridiculed me about my college major. He didn't take me seriously, (I'm an 18 y/o female). I didn't get a chance to ask questions or even get an answer, he quickly prescribed me some supplements with little explanation. The whole appointment was uncomfortable and rushed.
Absolutely terrible, he treated my boyfriend horribly, he tried to explain his symptoms and the doctor would rudely interrupt him. Spent 45 minutes in the waiting room to see the doctor for less than 10 and be treated like it was a waste of his time. We will never go back there and will not recommend him to anyone
