Does this provider welcome questions? Yes, they don't mind answering my questions Was the waiting area spacious? Yes Did you notice a foul odor when you arrived at this provider's office? No, I didn't notice an odor Do you feel that you could have received better service somewhere else? No, I don't think so Does this provider ever overbook appointments here? No, They definitely believe in quality over quantity and allow more than enough time in between appointments

Would you recommend this gastroenterologist to others? I Already Have Did you leave the office feeling satisfied with your visit? Yes Were the restrooms clean at this provider's office? Yes, I could tell they were cleaned regularly Was this provider argumentative or easily angered? Not at all, they were one of the kindest, most attentive individuals I've ever met Did this provider seem up-to-date with the current advancements in their field? Yes

Did you feel like this provider's office was understaffed? Not at all, they had plenty of staff members to help me whenever I needed assistance Were you able to get answers to simple questions from this provider without scheduling an appointment? Yes Does this provider treat every client equally? Yes, they don't show favoritism Was this provider's office too cold? No, it was fine

Was this provider's office too cold? No, it was fine Did this provider prominently display their diplomas or business license? Yes Does this provider offer any coupons, discounts or promotions? Not that I have seen Did you spend a lot of time in the waiting room at this provider's office? The wait wasn't terrible, but it wasn't the best

In the last 6 months my husband & I both have been to see Dr Sue. He immediately puts you at ease, which makes the entire process easier to get through. Everyone in the office was helpful & friendly. Hopefully heathwise we will not need to return any time soon, but if & when we do we will contact this office. Also we would not hesitate to recommend this office to others.

I felt that they really valued my health because they followed up after my appointment to check on me. It was a nice gesture that made a huge difference. They're always able to answer simple questions over the phone. They only make me schedule appointments if necessary. I didn't wait long at all. My appointment started on time, and the wait was much shorter than other offices I have been to. Their office was one of the quietest, most peaceful places I've ever visited. Sometimes, it was a little frustrating Did the staff make you feel uncomfortable when you called with questions or concerns? Not at all! They were happy to address every concern I had

They explained all the risks and benefits of my treatment options. Everything was explained in detail, all my questions were answered, and I felt a lot better about choosing a treatment plan. They go out of their way to make everyone feel equally respected and cared for. I've seen client favoritism at some of the other places I've been, and I really appreciate the extra effort they make to avoid that here.
