I was very impressed with Dr. Sue's new facility and with how well he and his staff handled my colonoscopy procedure. - They started me right on time. - They let me know exactly what was going to happen. - Everyone was extremely friendly and efficient. - I had absolutely no pain or even discomfort. - And they explained my results simply and clearly. Really – it was very impressive.

They answered my questions and spent a lot of time with me. I didn't feel like they were trying to rush my appointment at all. The office was very easy to locate. I didn't have any trouble finding it at all. One thing I love about them, is that they're always willing to ask for other qualified professionals' advice when they don't have an answer for my question. I never have to worry about them giving me a wrong answer just because they weren't willing to ask for help.

I had a colonoscopy at Dr. Sue's office in November. My experience was very good. The staff was very friendly, kind, and exceptionally helpful. Dr. Sue was very professional and his follow up to ensure I was doing OK was excellent.

This provider has helpful information available online, which is really convenient. They have a good website and online presence. I love how much attention to detail they show. They are always so careful and meticulous. I never have to worry about them making a mistake or forgetting something. Their staff is the most friendly, welcoming staff I've ever dealt with. The office was very easy to locate. I didn't have any trouble finding it at all. They've never been late to any of my appointments. I've even showed up early sometimes and they've always been ready and prepared. I don't know of anywhere else that would've taken better care of me. I had a great experience. I was totally impressed with the staff's great attitude. They welcomed me warmly and were super friendly.
