It is obvious that their office is cleaned regularly. It was fantastic. They would never suggest that I buy something that wasn't necessary, and never pressured me. There was lots of available parking at their office. I was glad that I didn't have to drive around looking for parking. Their office was one of the quietest, most peaceful places I've ever visited. I was able to relax very easily. There was no annoying music playing while I waited or during my visit. I appreciated that they didn't have that typical elevator music on. I'm always amazed at how considerate and concerned they are for my well-being. Their advice is always wonderful and completely unbiased.
I love how much attention to detail they show. They are always so careful and meticulous. I never have to worry about them making a mistake or forgetting something. They always make sure to return my phone call as soon as possible. They've never left me waiting. I've already told my friends and family about the fantastic experience I had there.

I would have no problem giving them a recommendation. If anyone needed a gastroenterologist, I would direct them here. I didn't experience any unnecessary pain during my visit. Dr. Sue is an exceptional doctor who cares about his patient's well-being. He is a kind and gently man who checks on his patient (at home) after certain procedures.
Dr. Sue and his staff are wonderful. I truly feel cared for when I visit, and I have recommended them to anyone I hear needs to see a gastroenterologist. They are very professional, yet it is a relaxed atmosphere. I felt no stress or discomfort during or after my visit. I am confident I receive the best medical care in this office.
