I have always liked Dr. Aslam but the continued poor treatment by front staff is unexcusable. It looks as though this is a common complaint. I have recently left message with no return contact and today I called and finally got a human person to answer only to hang up when I asked for the billing department. I called back 3 times in a row to no answer. Very unprofessional staff and it's a shame but is par for the course in most of today's work ethics.
Her kind and humble demeanor allowed me to let my walls down. She’s the sort of Dr. you don’t feel worried nor judged by. For me that was everything. I’ve always had Dr.’s judge me for what I struggled with … not who I was, am, and inspire to be. Simply, she’s given hope to someone that felt like they had no chance in such a thing. Highly recommend her.
Doctor Roehl is kind and caring but most importantly, he’s a brilliant surgeon who achieved what other gynecologist surgeons said was impossible. I first saw one of the best Obstetrician-gynecologists in town who was great but told me there was no other option besides a hysterectomy or an open myomectomy because of the size of the multiple fibroid tumors I had. This man has absolutely NO IDEA of the sanctity of a doctor-patient relationship. Not only did he go out of his way to upset me as his patient's wife, I felt like 'how dare I be there'. But, watching the way he dealt with my husband, who was his patient left me feeling like he had had his dignity ignored. and that is putting it mildly. Stay away from this man, he has no clue as to how to treat a man who is suffering from Dementia. STAY AWAY.
Despite the lapse of time between routine colonoscopies Dr Tiriveedhi remembers me and details about my history. It is quite possible she does a review prior to our meeting which I applaud! Many others have the computer screen in front of them and mumble a history back to the patient…I find Dr Tiriveedhi attentive and involved. She addresses each question or concern thoughtfully and thoroughly.
Treated me for large kidney stone when I came to ER.Very professional. Answered questions. I am following him as my urologist. I would 100% recommend him.
Dr. Archer has a very professional and kind approach to his patients. He's a good listener and takes time to hear what his patients need to share in their appointments. His staff is also very responsive to messages and refill requests through the MyMercy portal. If you are ill and need an immediate appointment, Dr. Archer is usually able to see you quickly or have a very competent colleague see you promptly. Highly recommend Dr. Archer!
De Davis is a good doctor did a good job on my left foot 1 yr 8 mths later in back to work.i walk with a limp and unable to walk barefoot but with shoes I walk most days with out pain.he will do his best to get you walking
Dr Meshoto gives me the feel of a small town family physician. He was very friendly and professional. He made me feel at ease as I normally do not like going to the doctors office. He recently joined Esse Health and his office ran very smoothly with no waiting once checked in. I was brought back to room and as soon as the medical assistant left, Dr Meshoto was in the room in less than 5 minutes. His front desk was smiling, and you could tell they are all happy to be there.
