I visited her multiple times trying to get my problem resolved and she treated me very poorly, speaking to me as if there weren’t options for treatment. She was very forceful with her treatment and drove me away from seeking help at all.
I've been seeing Dr. Meyer for over 15 years, and he's the best physician I've ever seen. He's compassionate, caring, and always knows what little thing has been wrong with me. He's always willing to answer questions and gives me a Post-it with the details I need to remember. He was so gentle and caring when diagnosing my daughter with leukemia. We all go to him now and couldn't be more pleased with his care and treatment.
My son had an appointment to get his cast fixed. It broke and the plaster is cutting up his arm badly. We waited 5 days for an appointment only to get a call morning of telling us he’s canceling because he’s going to the thunder parade, so that trumps my kids pain and skin integrity. The nurse has the personality of a pit bull. She said “well I can just cut off the cast and put him in a sling until we can get you back in in a few days”. You aren’t a priority here. Go someplace else !!
The staff was good the doctor wasn't I used this dr through choctaw nation Ihad no other choice. My shoulder is worse now than before surgery He doesn't listen and admits he doesn't read the pt notes. Don't use this doctor if possible.
Dr. Halko was a topic on iatrogenic harms doctors cause at a conference, when he wrote an incomprehensible, 'lack of grammar' consent statement, did procedures NOT listed and did NOT do procedures listed, never stated to which finger anything was going to happen, then blamed the patient for the outcome. Dr. Markus has helped me for years in dealing with my kidney stone issues. He is easy to communicate with, and he explains all issues clearly.
Dr. Schlinke was the best, He understood my problem and didnt second guess me like all the drs at other places prior. Im incredibly Thankful for him as my Dr.
This doctor should have his medical license revoked. He is horrible. Never answers calls back. Worst doctor. Did not even tell us after a surgery what we needed to do. WAS NOT EVEN THERE when we were discharged to talk to us. Not sure who recommends them or why Mercy has him employed.
Dr. Mertensenmeyer was rude and dismissive of my symptoms. He contradicted the evaluation of my primary care physician, NP's, and the audiologist in his office. He also disagreed with any treatment ordered by other providers, but offered nothing more than OTC meds. I will seek a second opinion from a competent ENT. I will not recommend Dr. Mertensenmeyer.
