Horrible. He does services for DCF. He doesn't even meet with the clients.he takes a long time an holds up case plan for people who are trying to get there kids back. He recommends service's for parents based off non sense practices and doesn't meet with them. Someone please help me report this guy

This was my first and last encounter with Dr. Railey, My husband had an appointment scheduled with him and maybe 4 hrs before his appt Dr. Rainey called my husband to confirm the site address upon our request. While speaking to my husband he got the assumption that he was drunk at 8:30 in the a.m. because of his slurred speech he's unprofessional and I wouldn't refer him to anyone he judged my husband and basically told him if he was intoxicated don't even bother to come in. I only had an encounter with this psychologist over the phone when I was trying to make an appointment. He told me there was going to be a wait because they are fully booked and that the pay out-of-pocket would be $400. For me $400 is a bit high, so I hesitated. But considering that the appointment would have to be far in the future I decided it is best to make the appointment now and then worry about coming up with this sum.
