The experience in this office was dreadful. I did not even make it to see the doctor before leaving because of rude and inept staff. I am a widow of a KIA soldier veteran and I did not have my husbands Social number with me for insurance. All they had to do was call Tricare because now military does not put social numbers on ID cards. No wonder this office has such bad ratings. Please try and find another office to go to as if the staff are any indication it is less than professional.
If you can go anywhere else, don't come here. Be expecting to wait at least an hour after your appointment time if you do go here.
Dr. Hohnadel is a good doctor, but his office staff is totally incompetent! They grossly over schedule so you can count on waiting over an hour in an overcrowded, noisy, hot waiting room. The most incompetent component of the office is the insurance department! They don't have a clue what they're doing! He's a good doctor if you can get passed his incompetent office staff to see him! Good luck! You'll need it!
We live over 20 miles away from his office, so we always schedule our visits. On July 12, 2016, our appointment was set at 2:00 PM. We arrived early, as always, so as to never inconvenience the doctor. We waited for over an hour past our appointment time, and had to leave due to other commitments. He does great work, fast and efficient, once you see him. There are obviously very poor office policies and/or inept staff. The doctor's time isn't the only time that has value! Wasted the day.
This guy rushes from person to person... Doesn't take time to listen to you and appears more interested in moving on to his next patient.....Was not happy with my treatment at all!
