I have been seeing Dr Freedman for many years and I must be one of his most difficult patients. In the beginning, he was very comforting and caring about my health. I was suffering with pain and was seeing different doctors who all told me it was the same thing. Dr Freedman took the time to get testing done instead of diagnosing me by what he "thought" it may be. He is a very good listener and he genuinely cares about his patients.
Very arrogant. Needs lesson on bedside manners. Refuses to listed to patient's concerns. Represents interest of insurance company and not patient. Terrible patient advocate.
Allows ego & pride to overcome him too often. e.g., recommends specialists, seems to forget he's done so and is so annoyed that patient took his recommendation and saw specialist, he refuses to handle medication that is normally in his domain. He says "see one of your specialists!" This is immature and not in keeping with patients and doctors working together to ensure patient's health.
Excellent physician, very thorough and personable, explains medical situations very clearly.
