Instead, there is a relaxing, calm cafe with wireless, tables to drink coffee, tea or water surrounded by beautiful local art. We believe that from the start, patients should be put at ease. After all, the mind and the body are intimately related and without the health of one, we won't have the health of the other.

Never on time, sometimes it's more than an hour behind schedule - never apologies. Never followed up while I was in the hospital. Never available when we really need him. Never calls back with test results. We just went thorugh several health issues and he disappointed us by his lack of caring. His style is aggressive and rude, not showing any respect for the patient's needs. After 10 years of this we have had enough and are shopping for a new doctor.Not an easy thing for elderly patients.
I cannot believe how aggogant this doctor has become. I have been a patient for some time but have, up to now, had good health. Now however, when I have some concerns- he is too busy. He even told me he did not know what something I had was and really didn't care. Well, I care. He will only give limited time during a visit and then tell you to come back and see his NP. I could not believe it! I had 4 issues- he would only address 2. Impossible to see. I am looking for a new doctor.
I had so many bad experiences with this doctor I am always sure to express my displeasure with him to anyone asking for new doctor recommendations. He is never punctual, always arrogant, frequently forgets what he has recommended for the patient in the past then berates the patient when he is reminded ("when you start taking notes during your physical then you can tell me what I supposedly said!"). Dr. Freedman often speaks over you, is rushed and fails to listen. He is far from a patient advocate. I changed practices because of him. He would make a better attorney than doctor.
Good interpersonal skills, very knowledgeable with excellent judgment.
I was misdiagnosed by this person. He said I had a heart condition, when in fact, I had an allergy!! He was extremely rude to me when I requested additional testing. I fired him!!
If you are the least bit heavy, watch out. This poor excuse for a doctor will redicule you to no end. Simply look at the cartoons in his examination office that poke fun of overweight people. He needs to find another profession or take a few ethics classes.
Freedman's arrogance and terrible bedside manner make him one of the worst doctors in Annapolis. He fails to properly code office visits and refuses to correct records when requested. Annapolis would be better off without this quack.
For years, I received care from the practice where Dr. Freedman works. The care, for the most part, was excellent. I went to Freedman because my doctor moved. The comments about his arrogance are understated. He treats you like a specimen, does not listen and offers few answers. Examples: after experiencing the death of a sister abruptly, job loss and my mother having a heart attack, he offered me no sympathy but Prozac instead, without a physical examination or serious review of my medical history.
